We do not provide refunds for partial months of service or for periods where you did not use the Service but had an active subscription. However, we may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis in our sole discretion.

All fees are exclusive of taxes, duties, and assessments, which you are responsible for paying. We may add taxes to your fees as required by law.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF THE CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PURETASK LTD, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, we will delete your account and associated data in accordance with our data retention policies.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, England for any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
